What's John Listening To Tonight? Here are Chromatics with Looking for Love

Do Italians really do it better? I must tell you that the late, great David Lynch actually introduced me to this band with an episode of Twin Peaks, but I've been intrigued ever since. Here's some great electronica from the band's album Cherry. We have cherry flavored music here, my dear.

We're still waiting for all of their contributions, so saying Italians do it better at this point may be a tad premature. However, I sure do enjoy playing this band occasionally while relaxing at 7979.

Have a great night, and a fantastic week.

I'll Enthusiastically Say It Again: You're More Than Enough, Angel. You're Gorgeous. You're The Princess

Sometimes the Princess struggles with feelings of inadequacy or self-doubt. I always try to encourage her, to let her know how beautiful she is and that she is loved and more than enough. On the platform previously called Twitter, I told her time and time again who she is:

Can Princess Jen Ledger Help Answer An Important Question: Who Still Wants To Wear That Tiara?

Readers of this blog know I love my Gospel Girls, the earliest contributors to what we now celebrate as Princess artistry here. Often using their God-given gifts in the face of bizarre adversity and struggle, they choose to love in the midst of chaos. They choose to believe in the midst of cynicism. They choose to take the right path in a world where unfortunately the wrong one often seems to represent the path of least resistance.

They came from that incredible time when each week, either on my blog or on Twitter, a new lovely lady would play the part of the Princess, having that tiara sit on her pretty head for a week. They fought for love. The fought for truth. They helped me in my quest to locate my future wife.

Back in those days, we even chose to believe one of them could actually be my future wife. We continue to honor their legacy by carrying on that tradition, even to this day.

Who wants to wear the tiara tonight? Here's Princess Ledger.

Princess Carrie Underwood Debuts Her Classic "See You Again" On National TV in White Dress, Stunning World

What a great morning it was in America (and elsewhere, for that matter) when Princess Carrie Underwood debuted her classic "See You Again" video on a nationally televised morning show here in the States. We never like to see her heart breaking or hurting in any way, but she does such a fantastic job of sharing the Princess love in her pretty white dress.

I was able to catch her live in San Antonio at the venue previously called the AT&T Center. Whose show will John be at next? Y'all decide.
